What Our Customers Are Saying
"My Grandma started purchasing Hereford bulls from Cornell Farms a number of years ago. Not only did we improve our herd in many areas, she enjoyed his follow up visits when Kim came around to see the calves running around.
We have had no troubles at all with our bulls but we are also very confident that Kim would step to the plate if needed. I recently purchased a Red Angus bull from Cornell Farms and again I am pleased.
I feel very lucky that I am able to make local bull purchases without the expense of travelling out of town. I appreciate the fact that I can easily pick out a bull and then walk to another pasture and see his dam. I am very pleased with my cow herd and would gladly show you what the Cornell Genetics have done for me."

"For several years I have purchased Beef Paks from Cornell Farms. Kim travels to our Northwest Farmer's Market in Sioux Lookout during the summer months to sell his product. I appreciate the fact that I can purchase a Beef Pak when he comes to our market. Great to purchase a pak in the early spring and then another one in the fall to carry you over the winter.
The fact that the beef is locally grown is a bonus! A second bonus, is they will wrap the meat to your own specifics for your family!
Just the other day I cooked a roast on the barbeque, delicious and tender. The steaks are extremely tender and excellent when grilled. The burger is lean and delicious whether made into patties for the barbeque, used for meatloaf or any other use. The chuck roasts cooked in the slow cooker are exceptional for the cooler season when you want a change from the barbeque season.
In the winter, nothing is better than the aroma of a roast of beef cooking in the oven, except the mouthwatering tastes that follow. Try some, your tastebuds will confirm all the above and you'll want to buy more! No matter what the cut, I've been extremely pleased with the quality of Cornell Farms Beef Paks."
